Timeline: Requests are processed without undue delay and, where applicable, within the period prescribed by applicable data protection law.

Scope & Exceptions: All user portal credentials, submitted files, and personal contact info will be permanently purged. However, financial transactions, invoice logs, and contracts legally required to be retained will be archived securely until statutory limits expire.

6.1 Versioning & Updates: BLVZ Media reserves the right to update this document to reflect structural, legal, or technical changes.
